Cosmetics Production Line

With clients’ needs fully considered, emulsification of raw materials will be carried out according to the cosmetics production plan. After that, the important process of filling and packaging will follow. The execution of this process will determine the final quality of products. Therefore, for many big manufacturing factories, including Beaza, special attention is paid to ensure this process works well. Repeated inspection would be carried out by the production department leader. Continuous monitoring will make sure our products stand the test.

STEP 1 : Raw materials/packaging materials warehousing

Our production workshop is one hundred thousand stage clean workshop. We attach great importance into the product quality, and we have certificate of GMP and SGS. Our engineers are very professional who have been in this area for more than 20 years. We have two professional labs in the factory, one is for developing new items, while the other one is for testing the products during production or customers' samples.

STEP 2 : Bottle washing process

① Hose/plastic bottle: dust removal using air gun, along with ozone disinfection
② Glass bottle: first cleaning with water, followed by disinfection with alcoho

STEP 4 : Emulsification

Process: dissolving-emulsifying-dispersing-setting-cooling-filtering
Equipment:
-Storage pot, mixing pot
-Vacuum pot: used to make high-viscosity emulsions without air bubbles, such as creams and ointments.
-Liquid washing pot: used to make liquid detergents such as shower gel, shampoo, and makeup remover.

STEP 5 : Semi-finished product inspection

The semi-finished products are tested for microorganisms at a setting time of 48 hours, and the semi-finished products are tested for molds at a setting time of 72 hours.
After the material is emulsified, it must go through strict physical and chemical inspection. Only after it is qualified is it allowed to be out of the pot, and then moving on to sampling and testing; without passing the inspection, the materials will go back to emulsification following our procedures. Once all inspections are done, the semi-finished products can go to the next step of cosmetics processing, which is filling.

STEP 6 : Filling

Packaging and the materials will be double-checked before filling. Since they have gone through the previous technical tests, inspection will be done by labor at this stage, making sure the materials are in good consistency. In addition, the net content will be confirmed. Sample inspection will be conducted to ensure the variance is less than 5%. This is to avoid the situation where the actual volume doesn’t match the labelling, which will cause negative impact on the consumer end. Further, product cleanliness is strictly monitored. In Ausmetics, sample inspections are carried out every 30 minutes, including inspections on the clean operation of workers and on-site hygiene. Inspection staff are constantly working hard to make sure any problem found is rectified immediately.

Filling

STEP 7 : Sealing

After filling, the products will then enter the sealing process. Bottle caps need to be screwed tightly. Workers will make sure bottle screws are clean and check whether the screws are tight enough and that there is no leakage.

STEP 8 : Microbiological inspection for finished product

Inspect the finished products comprehensively. If any problem found, staff will deal with faulty products according to the “Product Control Procedure”. If products pass the tests, films would be applied and heat processed.

STEP 9 : Code spray

The code is usually sprayed on the outer packaging of products, and sometimes may also be sprayed on the labels in the inner packaging. Checks will be undertaken to ensure the coding is correct, and the writing is clear and presentable.

STEP 10 : Boxing

Products now are ready to go into carton boxes. When packing the products into boxes, staff need to check whether the text of the colored boxes is printed correctly, and whether the appearance is up to standard, as well as whether the hose and manuals are in the right place. If the boxes don’t match the labelling of the products, staff will promptly notify the suppliers to rectify it.

STEP 11 : Box sealing

After putting the products to boxes, we can now buckle the lids of the boxes, with special attention to avoid products being placed upside-down or missing units.

The above cosmetics production process demonstrates that only by paying attention to details in early stages can we prevent problems later on. The more careful inspections are done in the previous steps, the more effective the entire process can be. This will ensure that products can be delivered most promptly. As a cosmetic producers the production philosophy that Ausmetics adopts is: attention to details. Careful attention to every detail can ensure that product quality is guaranteed and production efficiency improved. This can reduce unnecessary time and material waste. That’s how Ausmetics manages to produce high-quality skincare products for clients who want their cosmetics products to be produced efficiently and economically.
